美國(guó)駐華大使館宣布非移民簽證面談將于11月9日恢復(fù)

美國(guó)駐華大使館很高興地宣布，非移民簽證面談將于2021年11月9日恢復(fù)。

從11月8日起，除個(gè)別例外情況，乘坐飛機(jī)前往美國(guó)的成年外國(guó)國(guó)民必須提供全劑量COVID-19疫苗接種證明以及旅行前三天以內(nèi)的COVID-19陰性檢測(cè)結(jié)果。

此政策的例外情況將僅限于：

• 18歲以下的少年兒童

• 因醫(yī)學(xué)原因無(wú)法接種疫苗的人

• 因緊急情況無(wú)法及時(shí)接種疫苗的旅客

未全劑量接種疫苗但有資格旅行的美國(guó)公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs)， 需要提供航班起飛前一日內(nèi)的COVID-19陰性檢測(cè)證明。全劑量接種疫苗的美國(guó)公民和合法永久居民 (LPRs) ，需要向航空公司出示，疫苗接種證明和航班起飛前三日內(nèi)的COVID-19陰性檢測(cè)證明。

Embassy Beijing announces resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9

The U.S. Embassy in Beijing is pleased to announce the resumption of nonimmigrant visa interviews from November 9, 2021. For more updates on U.S. visa policy, please follow @美國(guó)使館簽證處 on Weibo.

Beginning November 8, adult foreign nationals traveling to the United States by air, with limited exceptions, must demonstrate proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past three days. 

Exceptions to this policy will be extremely limited:

• children under 18

• people medically unable to receive the vaccine

• emergency travelers who do not have timely access to a vaccine

  
  

U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs) who are eligible to travel but are not fully vaccinated will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test one (1) day before their flight’s departure. U.S. citizens and LPRs who are fully vaccinated will need to present airlines with proof of vaccination and of a negative COVID-19 test three (3) days before their flight.
